Email Alert Services

All library circulation reminders and important library notices will be despatched to users via email, users are therefore reminded that it is their responsibility to check their emails often.  

The default email address for HKU staff and students, HKU SPACE full-time staff and students is the account registered with the University with suffix / / / If you prefer to receive library notices from other email accounts, you should set up email forwarding to your preferred email accounts. 

HKU SPACE part-time staff and students, HKU Graduates and external members, will be asked to provide an email address upon their application of the library card. Users should provide current email address to the Libraries and inform Lending Services and Learning Environments at in good time for any changes in their email addresses.
